Our Giant electric bikes feature SyncDrive Core motor technology which delivers smooth, instantaneous power to conquer all kinds of terrain. They also feature lightweight aluminium frames and long-lasting batteries that are good for 100km rides.
The brand new Nich Carbon E-Road Bike is a lightweight electric bicycle, weighing only 13.8 kg, offers the performance of a traditional road bike. The integrated 410 Wh battery, complemented by an external pack, enables a total range of up to 160 km.

NOTE:
- Rental days are calculated on a 24-hour clock.
- A copy of your passport or legal ID is required when picking up rental bike.
- Rental Bikes cannot be picked up or returned on Sundays. You may request an early pickup on Saturday evening or late return on Monday morning. These services are subject to availability.
- Optional bike insurance which covers bike damage is available. It does not cover theft.
- We only allow e-bike rentals within Phuket island. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee repair services outside.
- For security reasons, we cannot provide keys for battery removal on our e-bikes. Please ensure your accommodation or parking has an electrical outlet for recharging the e-bike.
- In the event of a bike emergency, such as an accident, flat tire, or an electrical issue, the customer is responsible for bringing the bike to the shop for repairs or exchange.
- Payment can be made on the day of pick-up in cash (THB) or by Mastercard, Visa, JCB, or UnionPay card.
- Shop opening times: Monday – Saturday 09.00-12.00 + 13.00-19.00 | Sunday closed
- Pick-up and drop-off at our shop; please note that we do not provide delivery service.
- We provide free helmet, drinking bottle, bike lock, and pedals.
- Rental rates include VAT.
