After almost three years, the day has come for Thailand’s full post-pandemic reopening. As of October 1, the remaining travel restrictions have been lifted. International travelers entering the kingdom are no longer required to show any vaccine certification or negative APK tests. Everything is back to normal.
With the full reopening, Thai tourism authorities have launched many promotions to lure in tourists full steam ahead. Most importantly, from now until March next year, the length of stay for visas has been extended. Visa-on-arrival travelers who used to get 15 days will now get a stamp for 30 days, and those who previously got 30 days will get 45 days.
Flights to Thailand have been increasing almost daily as the demand increases, so the tourism sector is optimistic to experience a high season from October to March.
At Siam Bike Tours we would of course enjoy seeing many of you again this winter, so please have a look at our Tour Calendar. We can guarantee the departure of all scheduled events, with a few of them already near the point of being sold out.
